![]() So what about connecting your iPod to an external amplifier or stereo system? The Graham Slee Voyager is the best example we can think of in terms of a portable solution. Now there's no need to comprome on sound quality by using the iPods headphone jack. The new PocketDock Line Out USB offers an industry-standard 3.5 mm (1/8") stereo jack (right next to the USB port) that connects directly to the iPods line level circuitry just like Apples Dock, but in a tiny, easy-to-carry package. Sync & Charge plus Hi-Fi quality Line Out Audio wherever you go. The two most common audio cables are included too, so you can get connected right out of the box: Line Out and USB can be used either separate or both together at once, allowing you to charge the battery while enjoying Hi-Fi quality audio at the same time. Use existing USB wall or car chargers or simply unplug the standard 5-pin Mini USB cable from that digital camera, portable hard drive, GPS, PDA etc. to charge your iPods/iPhones battery or synchronize data. Available in black. This is one of a line of versatile and well thought-out products from Sendstation. Buy with our very own Audio Elevation i-lead and save more. This is a bespoke, made in the UK, 3.5mm to 3.5mm jack lead, approx 100mm long to take the line out signal from your mp3 player to your amp or headphone amp (Graham Slee Voyager is our recommendation). |

This PocketDock fits all cases.
This is my everyday companion, along with my 160GB ipod, Graham Slee Voyager headphone amplifier and Sennheiser earbuds. The Sendstation sits on the ipod docking output, then I use our own Audio Elevation i-lead for a short length of high quality cable/connectors to the Voyager.
We've tried a number of solutions, all with poor results for longevity relating to using a dock connector that just cannot take the strain. Here, the Sendstation is robust enough to cope with life in your coat pocket and is a product we are delighted to get onboard.

| Rating: Poor Comments: I bought this product and be aware that if comes bundled with cables, which increases the price even though if you purchase the Audio Elevation 100mm 3.5mm stereo cable you have no need of the extra cables. Biggest Problem - it broke in less than a week (though officially 11 days from purchase to complaint due to delivery time and the fact I had it on holiday). It looks good, worked for a few days, but then the connector became loose and the right channel worked its way loose which meant constant wiggling to achieve a signal. Very disappointing to spend £32 pounds on such a redundant piece of kit - better off buying a cable QED. Audio Elevation Comment: Product being returned for investigation and replacement as this is the first failure of this nature reported with any Sendstation product.
